    Semi-Automatisk krympetunnel T5040 L-forsegler med krympetunnel “combo”-system

    T5040 krympetunnel er en monoblok, semi-automatisk kompakt L-seglervogn og krympetunnel, som er 700 mm lang og har en tunnelindgang på 450 x 230 mm. Planforseglingsmålene er 500 mm x 400 mm. Den maksimale pakkehøjde er 150 mm. Den kan krympe op til 15 enheder pr. minut. Krympeindpakningsmaskinen er perfekt til industriel emballage til både fødevarer, f.eks. brød og kiks, både nonfoodprodukter (f.eks. gaver, magasiner eller gadgets), som du ønsker at beskytte mod støv og eksterne agenter.     Krympetunnel T5040 anvendelse

    Vores kombinerede krympetunnel T5040 bygger bro mellem manuelle selvstændige svejseapparater og kammer- (eller “tunnel”-) enheder og fuldautomatiske maskiner. Der er to klemmer placeret foran på svejsemaskinen for at sikre maksimering af svejsetrykket – hvilket er et væsentligt krav til enhver svejsemaskine. Krympetunnel T5040 er brugervenlig. Den er velegnet til forskellige pakkestørrelser. Temperaturjustering er let, hvilket sikrer en passende temperatur. Kammeret er forbundet med et transportbånd til en tunnel, som udløser krympning af filmen på produktet.

     

    Hvordan fungerer en Krympetunnel T5040?

    Først skal produktet indsættes i filmen, operatøren skal tage filmen fra produkterne i venstre hånd, lægge den i kammeret og trykke på håndtaget med højre hånd, lukke kammeret og dermed skære filmen. Filmen omslutter produktet, hvorefter produktet overføres til en tunnel, hvor den krymper omkring produktet. Opsugningsprocessen er meget enkel og hurtig. T5040 krympetunnel kan producere op til 15 produkter i minuttet.

I kammeret begynder processen med at vikle filmen rundt om produktet, som kan overvåges gennem et gennemsigtigt låg. Filmen krymper og vikler sig om produktet og danner en beskyttende indpakning. Når processen er afsluttet, åbner operatøren låget og trækker det færdige produkt ud.
